Congrats to our three winners Abby, Darcy and Helen! And big thanks to everyone who participated in the giveaway!
A lovely lady named Sues from the blog, We Are Not Martha recently attended a Stonewall Kitchen cooking class that used a Chef’n VeggiChop to whip up some delicious looking pumpkin dishes. See, there it is below, hiding behind the pumpkin butter:

The class featured recipes for all things pumpkin including Pumpkin Soup, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars, Candied Ginger Pumpkin Crème Brûlée and our personal favorite, Chicken Pot Pie in Sugar Pumpkins with Sage Puff Pastry Tops. Look at how adorable and delicious the pot pie looks:

We know what you’re thinking. It probably goes a little like this: ”Can you talk about the giveaway, already?!” Well friends, ask and you shall receive :)
We were inspired by the Stonewall Kitchen pumpkin cooking class (and Sues’ excitement over our VeggiChop) to do a pumpkin-themed VeggiChop giveaway. Here’s how it works:
Leave a comment telling us about your favorite pumpkin dish. No need to write a novel (unless you want to that is!), a quick statement is just fine. On October 2nd, we will randomly select three winners to receive a VeggiChop. You can earn 1 extra entry for being a fan of us Facebook or following us on Twitter. Simple as that!
We look forward to reading your responses!

my fave pumpkin recipe is not mine but a teammate of mine. she makes the BEST pumpkin waffles … they are so scrumpdillyicious that i’ll have to beg her for the recipe now that fall is upon us!
just fyi .. she makes a big batch and then freezes them and fresh or frozen they just ROCK!
I look forward to my Mom’s pumpkin cookies every year. She sprinkles in white chocolate chips… delectable!
My all time favorite is pumpkin spice bread it is so perfect and moist … Best right when it comes out of the oven and is still warm. Now I will have to go bake some tonight! Hopefully mine will be as good as my grandmas:)
My favorite is homemade pumpkin stuffed ravioli with pesto and roasted pine nuts! MMMMMMM
MY favorite pumpkin dish is not unique but brings memories of family, friends, and love around the Thanksgiving table. My Aunt Tina makes it every year and it is the one part of Thanksgiving that I look forward to!
Pumpkin Cheesecake :)
Small world – as I read this, I’m eating my faaavorite pumpkin dip (also known as Weight Watchers Pumpkin Mousse). It’s really a mousse that you could top with whipped cream and eat with a spoon, but I like dipping Teddy Grahams or apple slices in it. Mmm… love this time of year!
Yummy, my favorite pumpkin dish is just straight up toasted seeds with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper!

I would have to say G-mas Pumpkin Bread!
My favorite pumpkin recipe USED to be delicious pumpkin spice bread. But last year I came across We Are Not Martha’s Pumpkin Swirl Brownies and am in looooove. They’re delicious and simple. My co-workers couldn’t be happier that I found that recipe ;-)
I make a family recipe every fall for pumpkin bread with chocolate chips in it. It is so delicious.

My sister makes a sinful pumpkin and gingerbread trifle for Thanksgiving dessert every year. I love that trifle and I love my sis!
I was lucky enough to attend all three Pumpkin Classes at Stonewall Kitchen – congrats to them for offering such a fun, informative, and tasty series of classes! The brunch class offered a pumpkin oven pancake with sliced granny smith apples – delish!
