Drool worthy cheese

Three words: Truffle-studded cheese.

And drool…

 Infused with actual truffle pieces and truffle oil, Sottocenere cheese is, according to the experts over at The Kitchn, “mushroomy, slightly smokey and sweet, and earthy.” Made from raw cow’s milk that’s been aged 3 to 4 months, Sottocenere is rubbed with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, licorice and nutmeg.

Still drooling…

We’re definitely going to have to pick some of this savory cheese up for our upcoming holiday parties! We’re also willing to bet that the Chef’n Slicester would come in handing when serving…
