I bought a veggichop and cannot get the top off. I have tried to twist it off but it doees not move. What do you suggest? And don’t tell me to try harder, because I did. It will not budge!.

I recently purchased a Chefn’ Pepperball 40grm grinder, code No 1563001 with a 31/12/2014 exp date. After only using a couple of times one of the grinding arms has broken. I bought the item as one of a pair, the salt grinder is fine. /help please ? Kind Regards R Creese
